Who I am
I’m Emily Gale, the sole practitioner behind The Stillth Grove, a life and mindfulness coaching practice based in Worcester, UK. You can contact me at emily@thestillthgrove.co.uk
What data I collect and why
When you get in touch by email I’ll have your name and email address. When you book a consultation through Calendly they’ll collect your name, email and chosen appointment time. I use this information only to respond to you and manage our coaching relationship. I don’t use contact forms, advertising, or marketing tools that collect your data without your knowledge.
How long I keep your data
I keep email correspondence and client notes for as long as our coaching relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you’d like me to delete your data at any time just ask.
Your website visit
My hosting provider Krystal may log basic technical information like IP addresses as part of normal server operation. This site currently uses a cookie consent tool to manage any cookies set during your visit. If I add Google Analytics or similar tracking tools in future I will update this policy and the cookie settings accordingly.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what data I hold about you, request corrections, or ask me to delete it. Just email me at emily@thestillthgrove.co.uk and I’ll respond within 30 days.
Third parties
I use Calendly for appointment booking — you can read their privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. I don’t share your personal data with anyone else.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes I’ll update this page and the date at the top. Nothing will change without this page being updated first.

What cookies does this site use?
The Stillth Grove currently uses only essential cookies — these are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include:
